Jay,

On the first day that your guys arrived at our home, I knew we were going to have a superior makeover of our bathroom. From punctuality, to cleanliness, to attention to details, to skillfulness, and to pride in craftsmanship, your people continually  impressed Pat and I. The kind of team work that we experienced in our spectacular master bath remodeling doesn’t just happen. Somebody has to be behind the scenes ensuring that all goes as smoothly as possible, and someone has to be on the site keeping things running well. Thank you, Jay, for coming to our home to see that we were satisfied with the production. Also, a special note of appreciation and commendation for Cory Clayton and Steven Page for all their persistence, careful planning, and hard work. From the first time that we sat down with Cory, he envisioned what I wanted in our new master bath, and he worked diligently to see that he and the crew delivered. Steven did a great job keeping things running smoothly, giving us up-to-dates on what would happen next, helping me with some decisions,  and designing and laying out all the shower and floor tiles.

To sum up, you guys earned an A+ on this job! Thank you all at Hathcock’s for a beautiful, new bathroom that is more wonderful than I ever imagined it would be!
